Dr. Rakesh Krishna a Doctor of Medicine is part of founding family. He helps BDL in managing people in the team, customer & supplier relationship.
Samy, CEO
Samy a Textile Technology Graduate is in-charge of operations at BDL. He manages both India and China production. A perfectionist by nature, Samy also mentors BDL team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous learning. His strategic vision and hands-on approach make him a key driver of innovation and efficiency in the company. Samy has over 22 years of experience in Textile garment production.
Nicole, General Manager
Nicole a graduate in garment and international trade looks after all our China operations out of our Ningbo Office. She brings 18+ years of experience in Kids & Women’s apparel production.

Sharanya Venkatesh is a Fashion Designer by profession and part of founding family. She brings a strong creative vision and expertise across all aspects of design and helps production team in understanding customer’s requirements.
Keerthi Kumar, Head of Production
Keerthi an Electronics and Communication Engineer looks after production and helps Samy as a key senior member of the BDL Team. He brings over 10 years of experience in apparel manufacturing, overseeing end-to-end production processes. His expertise is in planning, quality control, and delivery execution.
Chloe, Merchandiser Manager
Chloe a Garment trade graduate is our Merchandiser Manager with over 15 years of experience in the apparel industry. She brings extensive expertise in production planning, vendor coordination, and order management, ensuring that every order runs smoothly from development to delivery. Chloe’s organized approach and industry knowledge make her an integral part of the team, driving efficiency and consistency across all merchandising operations.

Basker brings over 25 years of experience in apparel quality management. He oversees all aspects of quality control, ensuring products meet the highest standards and maintaining consistency across every stage of production in both China and India.
